Refund Policy

Welcome to AIpointment.ai (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing, subscribing, or using our platform and services, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before engaging with our products.


1. Fees

Your use of the AIpointment.ai platform and related services is contingent upon the timely payment of all fees.


All fees are exclusive of communication surcharges, which may include call, SMS, or API usage from third-party integrations (e.g., Twilio, Meta Ads, or CRM connections).
Communication surcharges will appear as a separate line item on your invoice.
All fees and surcharges are nonrefundable, and subscription fees are billed in advance of service delivery.


You agree to provide accurate billing information (name, address, payment method) and notify us of any changes within 10 days.


2. Non-Cancellable Fees

Certain services may include non-cancellable minimum commitments—for example, AI setup fees, onboarding packages, or multi-month subscription terms.
These commitments will remain active and billed until the minimum term has been satisfied, regardless of platform usage or early cancellation requests.


3. Pass-Through Fees

If you resell or pass through any AIpointment.ai-related services (including communication credits, CRM access, or ad spend) to your own clients, you are not permitted to mark up or modify these charges.


You are solely responsible for any associated refunds, chargebacks, or disputes resulting from your downstream billing.


AIpointment.ai will not mediate or intervene in any such disputes between you and your clients.


4. Taxes

You are fully responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, and assessments arising from your use of AIpointment.ai.


We may collect or adjust taxes as legally required, and any determinations regarding applicable taxes are final.


Tax-related payments and adjustments are nonrefundable.


5. Overdue Amounts

If your payment method fails or is declined, we may suspend or terminate your account and services until payment is received in full.
You are responsible for any overdue fees, recovery costs, chargeback penalties, and reasonable attorney or collection fees incurred in the process of recovering unpaid balances.


6. Payment Disputes

If you wish to dispute any invoiced charge, you must notify us in writing within sixty (60) days from the billing date at [email protected].


During the dispute process, all invoiced fees must continue to be paid in full.


Failure to submit a written dispute within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the charges.


All determinations regarding disputed fees are considered final.


7. No Refunds or Credits

Except where required by law, all fees charged by AIpointment.ai are nonrefundable.


This includes but is not limited to:

Setup fees, onboarding or configuration costs

Monthly or annual subscription fees

Communication surcharges and advertising spend

Partially used or unused service periods

If you subscribe but do not utilize the service, you remain responsible for the full subscription term.


Any refund or credit issued is entirely at AIpointment.ai’s sole discretion and does not obligate future exceptions.


8. Cancellations

You are responsible for properly canceling your account or services through your platform portal or by written request to [email protected].
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for services already billed or active under your account.


9. Your Responsibility for Transactions

You are solely responsible for all financial transactions related to your account, including any activity by your team members or customers.
Regardless of the reason for a chargeback, you agree to bear full responsibility for the resulting costs, including platform penalties and recovery fees.


10. Governing Law

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
